The flowers were beautiful, the only issue I had was with delivery. I requested the flowers be delivered between 9am and 4pm because they were going to an office building that locks at 5pm and the employees generally leave then. The fIowers were not delivered until 515pm, which resulted in me having to tell the recipient to stay late at work and wait by the front door to accept the delivery. Obviously this ruined the surprise factor of the delivery and she was not able to enjoy having them at work with her coworkers present. I do realize it was Valentine's Day and that they operate on extended delivery hours for this day, but I just felt that they should be able to deliver to businesses within normal business hours, especially since I had placed the order over two weeks in advance and gave a wide window within business hours.
